Terms of Service:

Federal Law requires you to be at least 21 YEARS or older to purchase all vaping/tobacco/nicotine related products, additionally you MUST be at least 21 YEARS or older to purchase any CBD related products. You MUST supply Vapeopolis LLC a copy of your state/government issued ID before any items can be shipped. Failure to do so will cause your order to be placed on HOLD, until this information is provided. Order cancelation requests for failure to comply with Federal Law will NOT be honored. A store credit will remain on file with Vapeopolis LLC for purchasing items without age restrictions, such as phone cords, chargers, or jewlery. 

Returns:
All return requests must be authorized by Vapeopolis LLC, and store credit will be issued for any/all authorized returns. Items must be unopened and in original condition. 

Privacy Policy:
Vapeopolis LLC will never share your personal information with any outside sources, your ID is safe with us. 

Shipping:
All orders are shipped USPS with tracking emailed within 2 business days of payment.
